Yoga has helped to transform my life. That sounds like a dramatic statement but it's true.
I am amazed at the difference it has made. I used to suffer from anxiety but Yoga has helped me to become more present and aware of what my body and mind need to keep their equilibrium.
As my personal practice grew, I felt such huge benefits I was drawn to teacher training so I could share this wonderful experience with as many people as possible.
There is something deeply satisfying about improving someone's day with a Yoga class;
Encouraging them to take some time to re-connect with their body and mind.
Yoga can benefit all ages and body types, it's not about being bendy or making the 'perfect' shape.
I completed my 200hr Teacher Training in September 2016 with Alice Milner at Yama Yoga Hub in Bath.
I love learning and so continue to train by attending intensives and workshops throughout the year.
My current classes begin with breath work and are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow.
Always finishing with a guided relaxation.
I teach in Saltford and Bath and I am registered with the Yoga Professionals Alliance.
I have also completed my First Aid training.
